MINNEAPOLIS CONTRACT PARKING INFORMATION

1. Use BOTH ramps with ONE Monthly Parking Pass.

2. You can leave and re-enter either ramp as often as you wish,

even on the same day.

3. Cost is $186 +tax per 30-day period

4. Start any day of the month; we’ll prorate the monthy cost.

5. A minimum 30-day commitment is required.

YOUR PARKING SPACE IS GUARANTEED AT BOTH RAMPS 24/7.

1. When “Ramp Full” signs are displayed, you may use the dedicated

“CONTRACT ONLY” lane at the LaSalle Court ramp entrance, or the

dedicated Contract Parking entrance at the Hennepin Avenue entrance

of the Park and Shop ramp.

2. Your Pass Card will raise the gate even when “Ramp Full” signs are

on and there will be a parking space waiting for you.

Please note: If you do not use your Parking Pass card to enter the ramps,

it will not work at the exit. When exiting, present your parking ticket and

Parking Pass card to the attendant.

If your Parking Pass card is unavailable, see the Ramp Manager to have

your ticket validated, or pay parking fee and then submit it to the Ramp Office

for reimbursement
