A: We are open 24/7, 365 days a year.
Q: What are parking rates?
A: Very competitive to other ramps.
0-1 hour = $7.00
1-2 hours = $9.00
2-3 hours = $11.00
3-4 hours = $12.00
4-24 hours = $13.00
Enter after 4 p.m. and exit by 6AM, or All Day Sunday =
$5.00 (LaSalle Court ramp)

Q: How about contract parking?
A: A monthly fee of $186 +tax gives you
monthly parking at BOTH LOCATIONS.
You can start any day of the month; we’ll prorate
the monthly contract cost.
A 30-day minimum commitment is required.
Q: How do I sign up for contract parking?
A: Sign up in advance or on the first day you park.
There are several options:
Visit the LaSalle Court ramp office on the third floor.
Visit the Park and Shop ramp office on the first floor.

Q: Do the ramps have skyway access.
A: Yes, both ramps are skyway-connected.
Q: Where are the ramps located?
A: Both LaSalle Court ramp and Park and Shop ramp are located in
Downtown Minneapolis near the intersection of 8th Street and LaSalle
Avenue. See Directions for complete information.
Q: What is the overhead clearance for each ramp?
A: Park and Shop is 6’9”, LaSalle Court is 6’6”.
Q: Are the ramps affiliated with the Do the Town validated parking program?
A: Yes. When you make a purchase of $20 or more from
participating retailers:
Parking is FREE when you enter either ramp after 4 p.m.
Monday-Friday or any time on weekends.
Just get a Do the Town parking validation from the retailer
and present it when you leave the ramp.
