Kris Kristofferson will be appearing live in Minneapolis at Pantages Theatre on Tuesday, November 12 at 7:20 pm. Ticket prices start at $109.00. He will be performing with The Strangers, a country band founded by the late great, Merle Haggard. The current band consists of Doug Colosio – keyboards; Jim Christie – drums; Ben Haggard – electric guitar, lead guitar, lead and backing vocals; Noel Haggard – lead vocals, electric guitar; Taras Prodaniuk – bass guitar; Scott Joss.
Kris Kristofferson was once called “one of the greatest songwriters of all time” by Rolling Stone. His music career spans over 5 decades with many of his iconic songs leaving indelible imprints on the American culture. While largely viewed as a mainstream artist, his songs have an unmistakable anti-establishment theme. Among his songwriting credits are “Me and Bobby McGee,” “For the Good Times,” “Sunday Mornin’ Comin’ Down,” and “Help Me Make It Through the Night.” His songs were made hits by notable artists such as Janis Joplin, Willie Nelson, Jonny Cash and Tammy Wynette.
The Pantages Theatre is located on 710 Hennepin Ave, Minneapolis. The Pantages is very close to both The Park and Shop Ramp and our LaSalle Court Parking Ramp.
