Jo Koy has quickly worked his way up the comedy ranks becoming one of the most highly followed comedians touring. He sells out shows with his down-to-earth comedy focusing on his family life. As Dave Brooks wrote for in “With Break the Mold Tour, Comedian Jo Koy Does It On His Own, Again,”

“Koy has sold out an astounding 11 shows at the Neal Blaisdell Center in Honolulu, and broken records at the ShoWare Center near his hometown of Seattle, where he launched his 2018 run with back-to-back sellouts.”

What really makes him unique and extremely appealing for fans is that each tour is completely new material. He’s quoted in’s “Comedian Jo Koy insists on all-new material for each tour” by Adrian Gomez:

“I had a special on Netflix come out, and once those jokes are out there, it’s the last time I’m going to tell the joke. I enjoyed being on the road creating the material in order to make it to the special. That’s the fun part, being able to try out material on a new audience each day.”

His Break the Mold Tour hits Minneapolis on Saturday, April 14th. Tickets to the Pantages are $39 – $114 and include a VIP option. Showtime is 7 pm. The Park and Shop ramps near the venue only charge $6 for parking after 4 pm on Saturdays.
